Production

Pellets – compressed wooden parts. Biomass – „untill yesterday“  considered waste, today used as main raw material in pellet production. Sawdust & small wooden parts are being ground, dried, refined, pressed and shaped into the final product.

Pelet – small compressed, cilindric shaped piece of wood, thickness of 6-8 mm, length of 10-30 mm, often used to produce heat energy for households, buildings, hotels, hospitals and elsewhere.

Pellet vs. Fuel oil?

Both fuels are fully automated, but there is as big difference between them. Two kilograms of pellets, energetically corresponding to one liter of fuel oil. For the same energy value, wood pellet is cheaper for about 50%. Wood pellet counts for ecological solution because it ensures lower greenhouse gas emissions and it stands for renewable energy source.
Experience shows that the heat production from biomass meets three important principles, which are: high efficiency conversion (wood into energy), economic competitiveness and sustainability.
